Booking and payment
Your spot is reserved once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email. Prices include all supplies and any fees; you won't see added charges at checkout. A booking for a series covers every date in the series.
If you need to cancel
Cancel 7 or more days before the first session for a full refund. Within 7 days, we can't refund, but we'll gladly move you to another date of the same workshop if a spot is open. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.
If we cancel
We may cancel a workshop if not enough people sign up, or for illness or emergencies. If we cancel, you get a full refund, or a spot in another date if you prefer.
Missed sessions
We can't refund a missed session of a series, but ask us about a makeup session.
Kids and safety
Each workshop lists its ages. Sewing machines, irons, needles and scissors are part of our workshops. Students follow the instructor's safety directions. A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18 and accepts these terms for them.
Photos
We sometimes take photos of projects and workshops to share on our website and social media. Tell your instructor if you or your child should not appear in photos, and we won't post them.
