Machine Basics Intensive with a finished project: Pumpkin Coasters
Saturday, November 7 | 3–5 p.m
Learn how to use a sewing machine while making something cute for your Fall table! This two-hour workshop is a welcoming place to start for anyone who has never sewn before or needs a refresher.
We’ll introduce basic machine operation and guide you through sewing your own pumpkin coasters. Practice controlling your stitching, following a seam allowance, and sewing curves with support along the way.
No sewing experience necessary. All sewing machines, tools, and project materials are provided. Come enjoy a creative afternoon and meet new people while learning a useful skill.
Location, Parking & Accessibility
The Creative Place
444 Estudillo Ave., Suite E, San Leandro, CA
Parking is available in the back lot. Our studio is upstairs and accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and wear closed-toe shoes.
